History
Richard Smith has worked in the construction field in Richmond, Virginia since 1986, first as a custom framing sub-contractor and later as a full service single-family homebuilder. In recent years, he managed the construction of custom homes in the prestigious Oak Park neighborhood.
Through his years of experience, Richard has developed positive relationships with the sub-contractors to ensure both quality of construction as well as optimum efficiency in the building process. He works with the sub-contractors closely to keep the costs within budget.
Richard resides in the Richmond area with his wife and three young children. When he is not doing the work he loves, you may find him in search of a monster catfish on the James River.
