Brad Graham, GBI-Certified Developer & Licensed Realtor

Brad Graham, a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia, has earned a strong reputation in the community as a trusted builder and developer. With a background as a former American Airlines pilot, Brad brings the same level of precision and accountability to home building as he did to aviation. His passion for building and developing property has been the driving force behind his decades-long career.

As a second-generation realtor, Brad has been licensed since 1981 and became a licensed Class A contractor in 1988. He is a prominent member of both the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Brad's leadership roles include serving as a member and former president of the Roanoke Home Builder Association (RRHBA), and he was recently honored with the 2024 Home Builders Association Award for “Best Curb Appeal.”

Throughout his career, Brad has developed over 600 homes in the region, including numerous prestigious communities such as Heritage Downs, Russlen Farms, Fairways at Hanging Rock, Phillipsbrook, Emery Creek, North Mill Estates, Old Mill Estates, Brittany Woods, and Riverland Vineyard. His homes are found in various locations across Southwest Virginia, including Salem, Smith Mountain Lake, Blacksburg, Montgomery County, Christiansburg, Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Lynchburg, and Botetourt County.
